Skills for the Better Future

UDAAN is the program name where we are mainly involved in the Employability Skills Programme.

Our Aim is to give underprivileged youth chances for jobs and self-employment through Employability skills.

Our Organization through Project SMART –Tech Mahindra Foundation and SAKSHAM –Plan India (International) has reached out to more than 8000+ underprivileged youths to enhance their life skills.

Mainly Youth skill development is pursued in vocational training for the age range of 18 to 25 years. Customer relationship services (CRS), automotive technician, electrician, and welding are just a few of the many domains we cover. After a specific training period, we arrange for the trainees to be placed through Job Fairs and In-House Job Fairs. We have placed more than 11,875 trainees thus far.
